iRobot Scooba 230 is trying to clean slippery ceramic tiles in my bathroom. The black dots that you see are the dust pieces that Scooba cannot clean. It just tosses them around. The reflecting streaks you see are an evidence that Scooba does not create a steady flow of cleaning liquid behind. Only on the edges. Which means that it does not clean surface as it is suppose to. GUYS, DON’T BUY THIS PRODUCTS. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

iRobot Roomba 530 Vacuum Robot

The i-Robot Roomba 555 vacuum cleaner. Video shows the hoover on a hard floor and carpet, with a spot clean and docking at the end.

Neato Robotics XV-11 (firmware 2.6) and iRobot Roomba 555 area covering and speed test. Both video recording started after the cleaning process started on the robot, and was finished when the robot finished the work. Neato was overall about 2 times faster than Roomba, but this area was Roomba specific generally, with not so hard coverable spaces. Area dimension approx 35 m2. There was no lighthouse/magnetic strip fun, doorways was blocked physically and both robot detected stairs correctly. Of course both robot was fully charged before the test started.
